Great workout, I'm dripping swear and my muscles have been worked in a new way. Just wish there was an audio clue as to when to switch movements. Keep up the good work

Thank you for the feedback! I'm thrilled to hear that you had an intense and effective workout with TRX AMRAP routine. Please keep in mind that AMRAP stands for (As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible) so in this workout you perform the indicated number of reps (10) of each exercise but you go at your own pace :) You don't have to follow me, you just follow the exercises. Thanks a lot for joining me on this one, and I'll continue to provide you with challenging and rewarding workouts!

@Andrea Toth Workouts just did it again, following the rules this time. Feel great, arms are spent. The unilateral exercises really engage the core too. Thanks!

Amazing work out. Thanx. One question. Before or after this work out, do you do some cardio¿
@AndreaTothTRX Жыл бұрын
😍Thank you for trying out the workout, and I'm glad you enjoyed it! Some people prefer to do cardio before to increase heart rate and blood flow to the muscles. Others choose to do it after to maximize their energy for strength training. 💪🏼If your primary goal is to build strength and muscle, you might focus on strength training first and then do cardio afterward. 💦On the other hand, if overall cardiovascular fitness is a priority, you might start with cardio and then move on to strength training. Ultimately, the best approach depends on your individual preferences and goals.
