Having tried many TRX videos, yours are simply the best. Why? Different levels. No talking. Great music. An amazing assortment of exercises. Nice dogs. This one has one audio error. At the end of the third grouping of exercises, as you finish the last move and the clock hits 3 seconds left, there is 3-beep sequence to signal the end. I kept going!

Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your input. Just to clarify, this workout is designed as an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) routine. This means that you're encouraged to work at your own pace for 5 minutes, following the indicated number of reps for each exercise. The purpose is to challenge yourself and complete as many rounds as you can within the time frame. The workout is intended for you to set your own tempo and rhythm, rather than strictly following my pace. I hope this clears up any confusion, and I'm glad you enjoyed the workout!
