Good 🤗😎 Tuesday😍 Roxanne, I am 💯🤗 grateful to you for your 😎👍👍🤗 likes on my comment, yeah I'm looking forward to a lazy walk now 💯😎🤗👍👍💪 Upper Body Strength with 😎 Weights Performance, in a 😎🤗 environment, with a 😎🤗💙 lighting and 😎🌻, with a 😎🤗 outfit to match the timer just 😎, with a beautiful smile, 💯😎👍👍🤗🎶 playlist, of course with a big smile on my face, for me just perfect. I bought a new 43 inch (1.09 m) UHD TV with Ambilight = backlight integrated directly at the back of the TV from the Amazon Easter offer and I am very happy with it. I'm doing great and you? You can try performing the movement without weight, or the weight in the lower hand instead of above. Let me know how you go.🤗

Great workout! Anyone with challenges of grip strength I might recommend a sturdy pair of shoes while handling kettlebells. 🤔

If I train at the gym and have to wear shoes, I like to wear flat shoes like the Reebok Nano. ☺️

Those windmills…I need to work on those. I used 6kg kb for them, 8kg kb and 12 kg kb for the rest. Thank you
