This is the first "intermediate" workout I tried! Drowning in sweat, haha! I'm a hypermobile EDS girlie and my knees and hips are SO grateful for these standing-only routines… Love your style! Great workout….I finished up drenched in sweat. I used a 20kg KB and a 16 kg KB for the lower body exercises and 6 kg, 8kg and 12 kg KB for the upper body ones. Thanks Roxanne

Hey, it all depends on your stats, everyone is different. Your fitness level, height, weight etc… best to get a HR monitor and put your details in for accurate data.😁

Can j just check something please? See when you are doing the lateral lunge and you have your hand up on your chest..is that just to cover up your chest area when you are bending forward or is this something to do with form or balance? I put my hand there too to copy you but I'm not sure i need to 🤷🏻♂️😅

Hey, Good question. I do it because I am used to my hand being there when I rack my kettlebells. I usually put my hand here or on my hip, it comes down to personal preference and what is comfortable for you. 😁
