Always hit the sweet spot. So grateful for you and your channel Tim. You put in little attention to details, one example I've always remembered is keeping your ribcage down as you lift your arms above your head when on your back, are invaluable to me. Not only for my own well being but that of my future students. Thanks again Tim, give Ollie a hug from me 🐾🐕‍🦺💙 and as always, love and light 🧘🏼‍♀️ 💜

I had pain in my left hip since Sunday after lifting posting soul bag. All I did was your stretches and took Ibuprofen twice. Thank God it’s almost 90% relieved🤲 👍

Thank you for the video, sir! My hips have such pinching and sharp pain that what’s preventing me from stretching like you are in min 8 is not my left hip but my right hip and vice versa. Same thing laying down pulling knees to chest. Any suggestion on stretches? Nothing chiros have told me helps. Thank you in advance!
