Just turned 14 entering freshman year and honestly I’ve been doing this workout video since May like I really do live this channel and your videos I wanted to start working out my arms and Abs and I’m telling you this video really helps even though it says for burning fat it helps build my abs I just wanted to challenge myself and not sit around all summer playing games all day long not even good for you

Hey there just wanted to say that you are amazing and keep up the good work. Been using your workouts for a month now, great progress so far. But I also have a question. I just started 8th grade turned 14 a week ago. Should I take whey protein powder or just eat a lot of eggs and meat. I can't really track what I eat cause I don't usually the one that makes what I eat (It's my mom or I eat at school) so I don't know if I eat enough protein. That's why I'm considering taking protein powder. Anyways thanks for all the help you already gave me and I hope you read this. Keep doing what you know the best❤

You should talk to your mom about wanting to intake more protein naturally I don't think taking protein powder will do harm but you could get a lot more from eating normal foods

Diet = extremely crucial. You could have 6-pack abs and never see them if you're overworking your liver leading to subcutaneous belly fat not to mention fat build-up elsewhere around organs. Still working on the diet component cause sugar = like crack to me, but these workout sessions are epic. Thank you, Midas!
