I was just diagnosed with Gestational diabetes on top of being morbidly obese. I also lost my mom to a heart attack due to diabetes a few weeks before finding out I was pregnant. So basically a fear of mind is somewhat coming true, I’ve been working on a life style change and today for the first time I worked out the full 30mins,I was able to do that! At the end you said “we did it” and I shattered! Yes we did! Thank you for making these videos and helping people from all sides of life. You made it feel like we were right in the same room together and were so patient and kind. I haven’t worked out in years and today, thanks to YOU it happened. Can’t wait to work out tomorrow

Your pregnancy workouts are my favorite out of all the videos I've tried. I like how you go easy because going hard while pregnant makes me nervous so thank you for being realistic and easy going. Hope everybody watching have a safe pregnancy and delivery :)

Hi Amy! Thank you so much for these videos Amy. My Wife had gestational diabetes throughout the pregnancy this allowed her to keep her blood sugars down after meals and stopped any back pains etc in late pregnancy! I also really enjoyed doing them with my wife! We could not have got through this pregnancy without you! My wife was able to do the exercises well into the 37th week. Baby was born on the 38th week!! Thanks again!

First trimester was rough and made me not want to be active at all until around 23 weeks. I’m 25 weeks now and decided tonight I’ll get moving with some workout videos since I’ve been wanting to hike lately. Let me just say, that released a lot of lower back/hip tension/pain and helped my pelvic area so much. Will be doing this almost every day! Thank you!❤️ This was the most realistic video I’ve looked into and got my heart going without being impossible. If I were to get on the ground like in some of these other videos, I would never get back up 🤣🤣

I'm currently 8 weeks from having my second child and for the second time I have gestational diabetes. This video has been an absolute lifesaver, it brings my after meal numbers down so well and has definately built up my strength. Thank you!

I am so thankful for your videos! I struggled with my first pregnancy to make my health & fitness a priority and gained 80 lbs with him (also had hypertension during). I am now halfway through my 2nd pregnancy and found your videos and have noticed a huge difference in my energy and how I feel! I love that I always feel like I get a good workout without "overdoing", especially with being pregnant. Currently I've gained at a much steadier weight and do not have any blood pressure issues with this pregnancy and I think it's because of diet and exercise and having a toddler to chase! Your videos are the only one I enjoy because you don't rush through them like some people do! Thank you, Amy!!!!! :)

I love how it's just music with no lyrics. Lyrics get distracting for me so it's so nice to have something to workout to that's just instrumental. Thank you Amy!

I did this workout since I was 16 weeks and currently I am 39 weeks and 2 days. This workout made me feel great during my entire pregnancy. Now hoping I will go in labor naturally. My hard work should pay hey!! 😁😁😁

@shazna faizer Well, it did not go as planned for me. I had to go through emergency c-section and my baby was underweight. She was 2.43 kgs. I am currently recovering well though. My baby is also doing great, quickly gaining her weight through breastfeeding. My baby was born on the 19/09/2019.

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and mom of 2 toddlers. Ive never been very active unless its chasing them around. This workout was well thought out and easy to follow, but got my heart pumping! I feel very good after doing it and will continue!

I LOVED this! 25 weeks pregnant and haven’t really been very active during my pregnancy. Proud of myself for getting through the entire routine, and I feel fantastic now. Going to start with three times and week and see how that goes. Thank you!

Really loved this workout! 25 weeks pregnant and feeling lazy. This got me up and moving, heart going and bit of a sweat on but gentle enough to do the whole thing. Your talking was great too kept me motivated. Perfect thank you!

Thank you for this!!! It was fantastic. I didn’t work out at all my first trimester due to exhaustion and nausea. Trying to get back into it now that I just entered second trimester and this was manageable and fun!

I haven't worked out at all in my first trimester due to lack of energy and all day morning sickness. Now that I just hit my second trimester I feel much better and just completed this workout and feel amazing especially since it's been awhile since I worked out. Once I completed it I felt so accomplished and I hope to keep this as my new regiment during my pregnancy . Thank you for this amazing workout video.

I was doing this video constantly when I was pregnant with my first born in winter 2020 (Covid days!) we had a healthy baby girl April of 2021. This helped me so much with controlling my blood sugars. 💖

Right now I'm 21 weeks. I was so out of shape due to lack of energy so far. I have finally started working out, walking 30min on treadmill, and 20min of exercise. I work in cleaning, so I have a moderately active job already. Feels good to workout again as I gained a bit of extra weight. Wouldn't want to go above average.

My 1st trimester was really bad. I couldn’t move. Morning sickness was bad and I feel lazy. But now I’m on my 2nd trimester I think I can back on working out again. I’m gonna do this tom. Goodluck to me.

I am 16w6d and just did this workout for the first time! I enjoyed how easy-going it was but still got me moving! I did a few workouts during my 1st trimester but I REALLY want to kick it into gear during the remainder of my pregnancy! I know that will help so much with the marathon of birth 💪🏽

Thank you for sharing and being here with us. I was a big time runner and would run almost everyday and workout and I always pushed myself beyond 100 and with morning sickness really bad my first trimester I had to stop working out and not knowing how to stay at a healthy workout level without over doing it is hard for me so this video gets my heart rate up enough and I feel great afterwards :)

I love your workouts because they help me stay strong (which means I will be able to move and be comfortable later on) and because they don’t hurt. After doing several other workouts-even when I’m “taking it easy” - will cause severe nerve or muscle pain. This is my seventh pregnancy. Thank you for the help in staying fit.

I'm 5 months pregnant and this workout has been a lifesaver for when I have limited time, but when I do have the time for a good prenatal sweat sesh, I just do 4 rounds of the circuit, and it's really a great cardio workout. Thanks for posting!!

I'm so glad I came across your workout video. I haven't been able to workout much my 1st trimester because of the headache and nausea. I use to workout all the time before my pregnancy. This workout is perfect to slowly transition back into my workout routine.

I just start it today as i am at the last day of my third month... and it tells me how unfit i am and how tired i am just after 20 mints... but i manage to do it complete... will continue it.. good to see sweat

I haven´t done sports in a year and am about 20lbs overweight but this was still manageable, even with the "harder extras" incorporated. I´m definetely going to do this more often! :) (I´m at around week 13 currently)

@@BodyFitByAmy Thank you. You don´t need to read this, but I just wanted to say that after a 10-day migraine streak I´m finally feeling better and tried the workout again. And I´m already doing better this time. My thighs don´t shake as much today and I feel more balanced. Maybe it´s just the placebo effect, but I´m really enjoying this!

just checking in on myself to say I did this a few times on vacation and today now that I´m back. It really helps me with my varicose vein issues during pregnancy. I woke up with severe leg pain and it´s completely gone after this workout.

Realized how out of shape I had gotten since all I've wanted was to sleep but it made me feel so good to feel my heart pumping and my muscles feeling a good workout again. I'm glad this second trimester has made pregnancy a little easier now. 😭

Love it! Thank you! The varying levels is awesome. I have been very active and modified lots of workouts for myself but finally needed a guided workout designed for pregnancy. So glad for the balance of "advanced" type options as well as reminders that right now it's about simply staying healthy (not getting stronger), and that slowing down is great too. I'll be back to this one and looking for more!

Thank you for this workout. It has made a huge difference in my motivation to exercise. I enjoy your positive and understanding attitude toward the ups and downs of preganancy energy. I've done this and your first trimester cardio workout more than any other exercise videos through this pregnancy so far.

Thank you, Amy! My first workout since forever!! Easy enough to follow but my thighs are SHOT. that's how unfit I am. LOL! I spent my first trimester sleeping... >< then my bloodworks came back terrible! Hoping this workout would help me get my ass back into gear and help improve my bloodworks! Phew. Thanks again!
