It's amazing how much your arms can burn without weight. I REALLY wanted to drop my arms a few times, but I made it through it. Love the endurance workouts mixed in with the strength.

I just love working my arms this way without weights. Working on my endurance is so important because I have two carpal tunnels…one in each arm obviously compliments of my third pregnancy!! I was able to do everything with no problems. Thank you Chris for your guidance ❤ so appreciated! 💕

Quite like that legs was 20 mins by itself and arms by itself. I felt the burn but I know that my arms are strong that I can push the mower and the wacker and not feel this over-powering tiredness after. Thanks Christina. Please keep these workouts coming

JELLO ARMS: THE WORKOUT. That warm up was lovely, would make a great start to a stretch or mobility vid. I, too, randomly dance up to my husband from time to time. He's used to it and luckily finds it charming!

Melissa and I did some hard work on Sunday and we are really trying to motivate each other to stay on program. This was a perfect class for us to work out and be active but not killing us two days in a row. Better for the body. This was good to keep the limbs fluid and moving. (some cardio involved as well).

Perfect for anyone who for whatever reason can't lift weights. Not super challenging if you are used to weights, but definitely better than NOT using your arms at all, and a nice change, plus a break for your hands/grip muscles.

Love these type of workouts, sense of achievement of aching without actually lifting anything. I can also officially confirm that you are living in my head. The last few times I’ve been in a studio class and I look at others form, I hear you saying “ this is not how it is” or similar. 😂😂Yesterday I even walked out a class because what we were being shown was repeatedly not correct form, this from watching you, instructor friends and my own experiences over the years. Thank you again.
