I did this workout with my husband. He said "No Equipment!?" and picked up some 8lb weights for the first move. He dropped them for the second move! Arms on fire! Thanks Chris!

BURN is not a strong enough word to describe how my arms felt during most of this! I started off thinking I could add a pound or two....wrong. Those went away after the first move. Loved doing this one again. Always nice to add in some endurance like this from time to time, thank you!

I'm having shoulder weakness and muscle(?) strain around my thumbs, making it hard to use dumbbells, so I tried this and definitely felt the BURN!

I started off with 3 pound weights but dropped those after the first two moves and then couldn't even do the moves with no weights, without lots of extra breaks. Amazed you never put your arms down, in between moves . You are so strong! This is such a good workout, you totally surprised me.

I was super excited to hear there were no push-ups, and I pulled out my 2-pound weights to use if I needed them. I did not need them, and there were times I was wishing for a push-up. This arm workout was brutal ... but in a good way.

@ 10:56 (the shoulderblade pullback exercise) there was one thing--AND ONE THING ONLY--going through my mind. If you've read your Judy Blume, chant it with me: WE MUST....WE MUST...WE MUST INCREASE OUR BUST!!! Having done Pilates routines before at other channels, I'm familiar with this form of arm torture. BUURRRRN Also my delts apparently have a membership to Weenie Hut Jr. I could do the other exercises without breaks, but those first few I was taking MANY of the breaks! Thanks for this great routine, Chris, Awl be bahk!
