Thank you, Shane. This was just what I was looking for! I’m a Masters rower and long time subscriber but never shared with you my appreciation for all that you do. I loved what you said about your kids, being at the same height as your squat. ROM is key to an injury-free long life.

Your flexibility and mobility videos are very helpful. I am 67 years old and these poses help with my stability. It is easier now to get up off the floor gracefully after playing with our grandkids. 😊 I also enjoy the intermediate rows. Thanks!

This was great! I was a spin class enthusiast but I was losing flexibility. I found rowing has increased my flexibility and this just tops it off

This was AWESOME. Doing this as a bookend to the Full Body Mobility is the perfect stretch combination. My Squat Hold is getting better...was able to do the 2 minutes and will aim for a 10min hold. Thanks for adding this.😊❤👍🏾👊🏾💪🏾

Great video. Maybe holding poses for less time, but more variation of poses would be great! Work more on shoulders for rowing. 15-20 minutes is about perfect stretch time. :)

I hate stretching this routine is even more hateful, I will be it daily every long minute thank you. I am thankful I am 88 and will not have to do this for more than 12 years. The way things in the world are going hopefully that will about my limit. Well I guess about time to say thank you for your concern and fine channel I f do o try ow four or five times a week to your channel row a long with John channel I also ride a Schwinn spinning bike which about twenty five years old. And for weights I use a TRX and the body blade. Ki gong and Taichi round out the day. But stretching is my real weakness.
