That first one, I can't really do the transition, and getting into on my left side I almost need a hand. Is there a stretch that I can do to make this easier? And, that step through. I am tall and skinny. I can't do that. It is a bummer for my pop up. What stretches can I do to be able to lift my leg high enough so that my foot doesn't get caught trying to step through?
