I can never do the last exercise due to wrist issues...I laid back on the matt, did dead bugs but with a 1/4 pulse on the extension and they were great and different!

Can you do a wrist friendly workout? So like no push-up position, or where the wrist is hyperextended. I always see knee friendly workouts, but I have a tendon disorder in my wrist and it prevents from doing certain exercises and I’d love to see something for people with bad wrists. Love your videos btw! Your ankle weight workouts are my favorite.

Husband's comment after workout: "I can't move". LOL. I have an observation, On the standing knee ins with alternate hands, I found it more intuitive to do opposite arm and leg. I assume you are doing same arm and leg because it is harder? The counterbalance the way I did it just felt more "right" in my body, if you know what I mean
