Hi Kseny! It's been a few months, I see since I did this video with you. I enjoyed it very much! I'm going Bali for a Yoga Teacher Training course this October! Not sure I will have time to send you comments, but I plan to try to keep up with you and your Qigong videos because they really help me keep my body fluid and moving forward at 64!

About 6 months ago, I found Qigong and Kseny! I prefer her routines because of my lower back arthritis. This one is better than a cup of coffee. Thank you for changing my life Kseny! I'll be watching you tomorrow :)
