I keep finding videos that are new to me. Love the Tabata format, and like these medium-length workouts after a tiring day at work, when I'm not trying to squeeze a short routine into a 15 minute break. I'm not up to the long ones, but the short and medium ones are awesome for me. So appreciate the variety you offer! I agree you are a lifesaver.

Amy I've been doing these short workouts a few times a week for a while now and I've got a lot stronger and fitter. I need to buy heavier dumbbells now and I've even started doing some workouts back to back. Thank you so much for your videos. Lock down life saver 🙌

Thank you so much Amy, you are such an inspiration! I don’t think my abs healed properly after having my second daughter, but I didn’t have the knowledge to understand. Your videos are helping me strengthen my core by taking myself back to moves safe for postpartum, before I attempt anything else. I am also getting over a cold and haven't worked out in a couple of days, but this was sooo good. It was challenging but I loved the moves. I started dripping at the 14 minute mark!! haha. Thanks for making such wonderful videos!

As I getting ready for my work out and thinking which should I do, I got your email notification! Great timing and as always the work out! I have been training exclusively with you for the last 18 months and never, I say NEVER got hurt! You are so careful and professional! What a great workout. I subscribed to Amy's 4 week program on her website. bodyfitbyamy.com It's the best 5 bucks I've ever spent. I'm fairly fit already, but had to use 2lb weights for the battle ropes, and 5lbs for everything else. I'll feel it tomorrow. excited about how I'll feel after doing the program 5 days a week!
