Amy...so good to workout with you today! When I first started working out at home your videos were mostly my go to! That was almost 4 years ago and you have had 2 beautiful children since then💜So glad you are still here and such a wonderful example of how we are to care for our bodies and steward our health well through all seasons of life. Love these strength workouts, short, sweet and sweaty😅and fun! You sincerely are still one of my faves and I appreciate all the work you put in to bringing us great workouts, from the bottom of my heart thank you!

Love the pyramid order- easy, hardest, easier. psychologically, it makes it easier to bear. Would call this more than a medium-level workout. I've been doing Amy's workout's for months, and this one had me sweating more than most!

Nice change for all the other dumbbell workouts - which are also great, but we all need some variation fom time to time;) It gives an opportunity to perfect the movements. Great training! I am over 45, very busy and your trainings are keeping me fit without leaving my home. I just don't like gyms and this kind of activity I found perfect for me! Thank you!

I love your videos because they look "easy", sometimes I can get bogged down with complicated moves and then don't get anywhere because I spend so much time figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing. I like that these are easy to follow moves that are effective! My only problem is my knees, the Physio told me last year that I have weak quads and mild arthritis and I'm really struggling now, even side lunges really hurt, like someone is hitting my knees with a hammer, I'm only 33, surely my body isn't falling apart already lol!

I did not like this video at all. Too much talking throughout. The counter doesn't show how long is left on each move, just overall. Doesn't work well if you like to listen to music as opposed to the video. Also was a pretty easy workout intensity wise but even amy seemed to have trouble balancing with some of the moves so I'm not sure who the target audience is.

I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
