Jordan, what a workout. I know I worked some muscles that have been abandoned; 73 years old and the balance workout is splendid. Thank you.

This is one of the best stability ball workouts on the internet!!! I love that it's in real-time, smooth, and logical instead of a sequence of random, disconnected ball exercises offered by most other channels on YT.

After having a Laminotomy and laminectomy a person in their 70 and have a very hard time to get on the floor. It has been a out 12 weeks and would a ball be good to use a ball and what size ball. Thank you for those exercises. For older people what is good for them. God bless you Brad and Bob. 👍🖐

What size ball are you using?(I think missed that) Thank you Jordan. I love this workout. I had a total hip replacement and this targets everything I need.

Some fade-out at the end is.... a bit missing, editing-wise - but beside that nitpick this is a splendid set of exercise suggestions, much appreciated.

I find it frustrating she has us get out of plank position,, just to get back into it. even she has difficulty getting the ball far enough back. we don't all have large gyms to do this in
