I just found your channel because of my sprained ankle. You are such a breath of fresh air! You're genuinely positive all the time and so encouraging. You're not "pushing us to our limits so we don't have them anymore." You help us be present instead and do what our bodies ask. You offer gentle challenges but help me be consistent. I am seeing better results with your methods rather than trying to kill myself over cardio in the gym. Thank you for your wonderful videos!

Caroline, You kill me with these workouts. But I wouldn't want it any other way. Floor barre is not to be underestimated. I've had the BEST workouts with you after injuring my 5th metatarsal and being in a boot for 3 weeks. THANK YOU! PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHOW US MORE WORKOUTS!!!

I fractured my foot almost three weeks ago and I am on the mend. Being a professional dancer and being taken away from doing the thing I love most, your videos have inspired me to get off the couch and do these exercises so I feel like I deserve to sit all day. Thank you Caroline

I was able to modify your bent knee exercises because I am in a brace which only allows me to bend my left knee 30 degrees following surgery to repair a fractured kneecap. This was a great core workout for me and will continue to do this throughout my recovery. Thank you so much!

I sprained my foot 2 weeks ago and read that it could take up to 2 months to heal. Your workouts have saved me. I love your positivity. Thank you!!!

Yes, movement is definitely great for the mind/brain. I’m a psychotherapist and I often tell clients to get physically active to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and depression. We say “Move a muscle, change a thought.”

I started doing your videos a few weeks ago and found a lot of the exercises too difficult for me to follow through with completely. I told myself I'd keep doing them and get stronger and now I'm able to get through whole videos and I've noticed my form has improved a lot! Thank you so much :) I've noticed that it's very hard for me to put my legs straight in the air, my knees bend/feel tight. It's gotten a lot better while doing these exercises but I'm still frustrated that I can't get my form quite right in this way. Gonna keep working!

I’m thankful for your floor barre routines and chair routines while I recover from an injury and gain strength and endurance as a beginner!

Your videos are amazing! I love how you have so many different ways to work same muscle groups. Often the instructor has different videos but they are essentially repeats of same exercises. Also love how you have a variety of lengths. Some are 15, 20; 30 minutes etc so I can vary depending on my schedule You do a great job of mixing it up and keeping me motivated! Thank you so much!

I was diagnosed with sesamoiditis on my left foot, when I stepped on a big rock at the beach July 1, 2018, and when searching around for advice on how to heal this damn thing, I discovered your hurt foot workout videos. They are amazing!! I also thank you for discussing your experience through your healing process, what worked for you and your positive attitude!!! It really helps me stay positive that it will heal with patience and lots of time. You are really an inspiration! Keep up the good work! :) Thank you!

Caroline Jordan Hi Caroline, Thanks for your email and all your info on the hurt foot fitness coaching program. I just took a look at it and I'm going to enroll! It's a great way to connect with others going through the same thing and staying healthy, working out and having a good mindset as you go through the healing process...and it is a process for sure! You know it :) Thanks and see you in the program! Cheers to you! Diane

Caroline, you are an amazing woman. Every time I do your workout, my body sees the difference. Sometimes even within the same workout, I can see the change. Like when I first lifted my shoulders off the floor in the first part of this video, versus when I was able to lift my shoulders off the floor towards the last part of this video. You are not wholly motivating and enthusiastic, you bring a balance of strength and composure. Thank you also for posting your words of encouragement...It is great to see how you integrate person as a being and doing....After all we are human beings who do things, not human doings that happene to be from time to time...And movement is medicine is my favourite mantra... God bless...Dia

Thanks for the videos Caroline! They got me through an stress fracture!! And now I’m still using them about 1-2 days a week to keep pressure off that foot while I’m still building back to running.

These are good toning exercises with precise explanations, but this is not floor barre. Floor barre simulates ballet exercises.
