Hi Dr. LA Thoma Gustin, I have to say thank you for the modifications with another person. Since you had your friend I was able to get my mom to move with me, while we are stuck at home. She has said in the past she would workout with me if I had modifications. She personally likes to watch videos when I've learned to create my own workouts. Just have to say thank you. Wow, I love this workout. I will do that one regularly. After the Live Core workout of yours I did yesterday, it was a little tough, but my physiotherapiste always tell me : if it just hurt during the effort and not all the Time, just keep doing your daily workout ! My upper back disagreed a bit today... But it doesn't get to decide... Thank you again, you're amazing.

May I suggest labeling high knees as "the Tom Cruise run" highly motivating especially to keep straight and move those arms 😁 also thank you so much for the high quality of your work out, especially the postures, your explanations are very helpful.
