I thought I could just put on LA's workout vids in the background while i put my headphones in, but this is something i realized halfway through my workout today, LISTEN TO LA! She's giving you tips and form corrections that a trainer would do in a session - only difference hre is that she's giving this to yall for free.99 - trust me.

Thank you for including Claire doing the modifications through the entire workout. It was much easier for me to follow along with doing each exercise without forgetting the modifications. I’m a visual person and it was great to do the exercises along with Claire. I hope one day to be strong enough to follow along with you LA.

Hi Dr. LA Thoma Gustin, I have to say thank you for the modifications with another person. Since you had your friend I was able to get my mom to move with me, while we are stuck at home. She has said in the past she would workout with me if I had modifications. She personally likes to watch videos when I've learned to create my own workouts. Just have to say thank you. Mrs. LA you made a difference in my moms life today, I was so happy too.Lots of Love!💜

Wow, I love this workout. I will do that one regularly. After the Live Core workout of yours I did yesterday, it was a little tough, but my physiotherapiste always tell me : if it just hurt during the effort and not all the Time, just keep doing your daily workout ! My upper back disagreed a bit today... But it doesn't get to decide... Thank you again, you're amazing.

girl!! I've been following your workouts for almost three weeks now and I enjoyed them but I didn't realize how much! I was going to do my own mini workout today since there is no live video and I honestly couldn't think of a workout that I would enjoy as much as I do with your live ones! May I suggest labeling high knees as "the Tom Cruise run" highly motivating especially to keep straight and move those arms 😁 also thank you so much for the high quality of your work out, especially the postures, your explanations are very helpful.

I loved this workout! It was really easy to follow and having the little video clip in the top left corner of the next exercise in the circuit was helpful too as well as having Claire in the back showing the modified versions! Thank you LA!

Thanks for putting up so many workouts, including the ones you've done on Instagram live. You've really challenged me outside of my normal gym routine, and it's super tough! I'd be interested in some healthy recipe ideas as well, since I've been struggling with coming up with new ideas of what to meal prep, and just end up snacking throughout the day
