This relaxing 20 minute meditation is one of the best ways to relax when feeling stressed, tense, uncertain or unable to sleep. You can even use this guided body scan after yoga in replace of Savasana.
Doing this relaxing guided meditation will help promote a calm mind and deep rest while bringing connection and presence to the mind and body.
Guided meditations should be listened to while in a safe and secure space and while not operating any machinery.
Do this 20 min meditation laying on the floor, bed or seated in a chair.

Perhaps offer constructive criticism so I can do better rather than comment with an attitude. I appreciate all advice so I can create more accessible and enjoyable free content for you to use especially during this trying time. I have a step by step method when creating and uploading and I apologize that this sort of thing didn’t come to mind especially with ads at the end.
