I have biplolar, and I find that Yoga's bedtime/yin/restorative yoga practices are exactly what I need during the day when my nervous system gets hyperstimulated. After her practices, I feel centred in a way that bipolar often does not let me feel (even with my meds). Thank you, Bird. Your practices bring me deep peace, and bring me back to myself.

This was very relaxing and down to earth. Just started doing yoga daily to relieve stress and anxiety. I will definitely tell my friends about doing yoga. I have ocd and these videos help me ao much during my flare ups. It gets hard to not ruminate so when i start noticing that pattern the first thing I do is meditate and put on one of your videos to helo me gain some ment clarity.
