So pleased to see a new hiit step workout 🙂 I found your channel only a few weeks ago and now have use for my stepper again which was gathering cobwebs lol. I love hiit cardio and adding the stepper has taken it to another level which has given more of a challenge. Can you recommend any trainers more suited to step workouts or are hiit trainers okay as I was thinking maybe something abit lighter? 🙏🏻🙂

usually nike or adidas running trainers are best and provide adequate support :)

Girls you lot are amazing. Great workout . Jist hurnt 150 kcals 20 mins and im sweating buckets this friday morning . Round 2 & 3 was a superset loved that format all combination without a break. Hardcore. Keep these workouts coming😁
