Thank you so much Yogigems I'm so grateful to you. I loved this practice but when you mentioned the part about imagining my full self etc my mind went a bit blank and I felt a bit of fear as to not fully knowing what that is. There was sketchy glimpses but nothing too clear. If I continue to do this practice could it help the image /feeling to become clearer? I have just finished 40 days of becoming fearless and felt great benefit from it. Thank you so much xx

Thank you for sharing, dear Sinead, and please don't worry about struggling with imagining your full self. The kriya is doing the work, with or without the mind's help, so rest assured all is as it should be. It's beautiful that your 'full self' is as yet unimagined, it is for now, pure potential - you can have great fun and enjoyment in creating this image, if you choose and wish to do so.
