I have total FOMO. I can’t watch live as I’m at work and I’m totally missing out on the party. 😊. I’m here girl and sweating, laughing, and having the best time! I love all the modifications. Keeps my 78 year old mom moving while also giving me the push I love!

As a senior, was concerned this might too fast for me but was encouraged by the guidance by Chris to just move…and I LOVED it. Just right as the senior cardio from other channels is becoming too easy for me and I was looking for a little more intensity- thanks to recently starting Chris’s beginner step aerobics perhaps? ‘’I’m just a woman dancing in my basement” 😂😂😂😂 Do you have other similar intensity, low impact cardio you can recommend? Thank you Chris ❤❤❤

I had this saved for my next no-excuses workout. After FINALLY getting my 5 month old to bed tonight after a long and cranky day, 20 min of low impact got me moving instead of collapsing on the couch and and feeling guilty about skipping exercise entirely. Thank you!

I still have the original Jane Fonda step and the VHS video that came with it, I finally replaced it with the one strong southern girl step from your list of goodies.❤️it unfortunately I don't have the clothing from that era anymore 😂 probably a good thing.. Happy Sunday 🌞

After spending the first half of my vacation doing your workouts for 5 days straight, I have now been really sick for the back half..I finally got the strength to do 2 of your mobility videos yesterday and this one today..it is all I could handle, but I am hoping that I can continue on the road to recovery and get back to all your other workouts I love so much! Thank you for providing so many different workouts, 20 minutes of low impact was the most I could accomplish today while getting my strength back. I also love your smiling face and motivating attitude, thank you for being you and a friendly and familiar face out there, it really helps make people feel less alone. 💕♥
