Great stretching. Came on a perfect timing while I was looking for a lower body stretch after a long run. definitely I would like to see more of stretching and longer time stretching clips from Gritty Soldier.

Hey man, I’m a senior in highschool and focused on becoming 68w with acasp, starting out as an E-4 after 2yrs of emt-paramedic training. Are medics favored by airborne? Are you close with your Ranger medics? Do you like the acasp program? Any response would help, with respect.
