Yes love that I worked so hard to become a sergeant to feed my family, didn’t know if I stayed a SPC and didn’t have to stay later like I do now all for an extra $7 a month more

Fitness is more than just changing your body. It usually stems in education, effort, discipline, life style, finances, habits. You've all seen people who yoyo their weight. And then there's people who are always fit always working out always eating right and its because it's who they are. And our country used to be mentally fit and the body followed. Our country is mentally ill. Physically weak mentally fragile, send them to war ..... yikes.

Pretend to be tired during the smoke sessions, don't make it obvious. And dont try and tough it out. Be a middle man and conserve energy. You'll do the obstacles course after being smoked all morning. Pretend you're struggling during the smoke sessions.

Thank you for your contribution. I really like rhe idea of maxing out before bedtime but won't that cause overtraining? And would you recommend that protocol on restdays or/and work days. I do full body every other day. 🙏🏾🦍

One extra set before bed is not going to put you into Overtraining. This is similar a concept known as Greasing the Groove , which is designed to encourage muscular endurance and efficiency by doing shorter sets more frequently throughout the day. I have a video on my channel about it, and there’s a better one on The Bioneer’s channel as well.
