I just bought my first set of resistance mini-bands yesterday. I used to be 130 pounds, a fit dancer, and then college and birth control happened. Lol. Now I'm 190- but, I'm getting back on track and being persistent. This video helped me SO much! You were enthusiastic and motivated me the entire way. I feel like I can make great use of these bands!

There is definitely a workout on my channel that is a mini band arms routine that includes chest.... I can't remember what one it is though. So, try them all (they are all good)! I will definitely post more and include more chest :)
