This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Awesome!!! Doing full reps is not boring at all. Maybe have videos with just ideias for exercises (could also be a list of them and reps in video description) + Videos where you do all the reps so we can just follow along at home. I would definitely follow that!!

@@srgapg I basically exported them from this workout timer app. If you set a 15 minute countdown timer, you can follow the above times for when to switch. Or google workout timer app and make one following the timers bottom-up

Do not start any exercise program following a surgery until your doctor clears you to do so.

These exercises may help. I would suggest starting with the lowest resistance band you have and see how your knees feel within the next 24-48 hours

yengallada 123 This isn’t really intended for jumping higher. Mini bands are more for an overall toning and strengthening of the legs, namely the abductors, adductors and glutes due to the nature of how mini bands engage the lower body.

Consistent strength and resistance training will help you to increase size. It is a good idea to incorporate different forms of training to be sure that you are always increasing volume and intensity

These exercises should not hurt you knees however, any exercises that do cause you any pain, do not do. And that goes for any exercise

The music is redundant and too loud. You could use a better choice of music and lower the volume. Otherwise an ok video
