I have been off for a while.n those burpees at the end really finished me off. I had to turn the heater off , but finally I have done one of your workouts in the cooler weather. That was a good workout for me to get back. Not at full strength, but getting there!

@@TheZeusFitness I would’ve adjusted mid workout but there just isn’t enough time between sets to change the dumbbells. I have these bowflex adjustable dumbbells that are awesome but can’t be adjusted quick enough in the midst of these super breaks.

went back to this one for another try and it was great. I wish I had written down my weights from the 1st time because I used 15s this time, and again still felt light. Overall this was a nice full body workout 7/22

You can't reduce fat in a certain area unfortunately, but, if you keep at it, daily exercise , drinking enough water , I aim for 3 LTRs a day, and eat enough protein, and keep a caloric deficit, you will lose fat in time, but unfortunately it is impossible contrary to what some fitness guys on social media say, to "spot reduce" fat. Keep a eye on the if it is a lump, it might be a cyst developing, and that's fine until it becomes tender to touch or painful or aches when working out, then I'd recommend go see a doctor.
