came back to this one for a great pump. used 15s for all triceps, 17.5s for all chest and 10s for all biceps. really great workout again 6/9

You would need a day in between to let the muscle repair and rest. On those days maybe hit a different muscle group or the lower body

@@TheZeusFitness let’s just say i had to start easing off the reps about 1/3 of the way through it but we got it done! probably just too much weight, hard to gauge when i only really lift when i’m injured 🤷🏼♂️🤣
