So 'enjoy' the workouts you post and the Bootcamp. I say 'enjoy' as I usually end of a piece of jelly gasping for breath during the workout. Thanks, Grant for explaining so clearly and working out 'with' us.

came back to this one for a great pump. used 15s for all triceps, 17.5s for all chest and 10s for all biceps. really great workout again 6/9

Honestly never bothered that much in the gym , since I’ve been following you I’ve seen changes in my body the family are noticing too. Probably won’t bother with the gym ever again as long as you’re about. Thanks again 💪

Hey dude. Yes I’ve a few programs off of KZbin. If you have done the bootcamp on here already I wouldn’t maybe recommend Beast or Pumpt. Pumpt is my toughest program that really steps it up. But you can get a little more info on both here Beast- Zeusfitness.com/beast Pumpt - Zeusfitness.com/Pumpt

You would need a day in between to let the muscle repair and rest. On those days maybe hit a different muscle group or the lower body

@@TheZeusFitness let’s just say i had to start easing off the reps about 1/3 of the way through it but we got it done! probably just too much weight, hard to gauge when i only really lift when i’m injured 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣
