I will thank you! I tend to push through the pain or even go towards it as if it will make it go away... i gotta change my approach as it s definitely not working ;) @@postureellie

@@eleonoreconstant I imagine if it's not working than change the approach. I've been doing Egoscue exercises since November 2022 and they have definitely been effective in my reversal of my neuropathy. It' not only works along the way If you wait it'll show itself in the long haul. :)

Have a look on my KZbin for the video of 'Wall Frog' instead of Frog. This requires less hip function and means your feet should be able to touch! Good luck xxx

Hello ellie after talking to you about my leg shakes you mentioned it was probably my tight right hip so I took your advice and started doing these tight hip exercise and whilst doing the frog exercise both my legs shake after about 40 seconds and I've also noticed whilst sat with my knees hip width apart my legs shake alot after just a few seconds so again could you please give any advice and do you think it is tight hips I keep trying various exercises and believe I will get there so thanks again love mick ps sorry if I'm being a pain xx
