Your videos are so helpful. I was put in medically induced menopause due to ovarian cancer and have gained so much belly fat plus all the scarring from all the surgeries it all has been so hard to accept with so many physical changes. Your video are so informative and actually doable thank you!

I’m sorry to hear you have gone through so much! I’m happy I can help you out. If you have internal scarring, find a physical therapist that can do women’s health and they can help with that.

Hi Kristie, great video again, people need to know this, tight hips and glute’s equals back pain, I also use tennis ball with my weight on it on all the knotty bits in my glutes and hips,, works wonders, Regards Graham

Hey. It’s working, Dr. Ennis. (Now I need a routine loosen up the arches in my feet. My calves and arches tend to cramp up doing some of these exercises.)

It looks like one of those things I use to scrape and scoop items off my cutting board but with a wee-bit of a concave edge.... lol

Great video. My hips are ridiculously tight. My groin / inner thighs hurt when I’m doing this. Also , am I suppose too feel soreness in my lower back?

Try to move in pain free ranges and all into greater motion. Start slow:)

Great information! I do have question, I have had back surgery-screws in back L5 S1. Would you recommend these stretches?

I would double check with your doctor to make sure rotational motion is ok. These exercises are usually fine after a period of time.

Hi , I have very tight hips should I do these exercises if I have limited movement and the exercises cause some pain. If I persist will the range of movement improve and the pain lessen? I am a 73yr old male. Cheers.

It’s called instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Quite a mouthful:)

You certainly can. These are dynamic so are designed to help movement.

I’m in my mid 50s and I’ve been on lockdown at my home for 5 weeks now and my hips are so tight I here a grinding stone sound when I get up off my sofa. Help help please 😆 😂 😝 I trust ya
