The burn was great! I didn't have a large ball so I used my little stress ball instead and boy that made me sweat more lol I think I found your workouts around 15 weeks pregnant and now I am about to be 27 weeks! You are keeping me strong girl :D

Also didn't have a ball so used a yoga block - little harder to balance but made it work! Thanks for a great workout Larie. Due date is tomorrow! :)

I used 3lb weight for most of the exercises since i don't have a ball either. I just didn't use anything for the wall sits.

This one is a great deep muscle routine with a very fulfilling arms part in it. But the wall-sit was very very very challenging, I needed to grab a chair next to me, therefore I need to do this one more often. I will do the longer hip yoga after this.

That 1 minute walk sit though- 45 secs and I was done. Gotta keep going- hopefully by week 40 I’ll get there 😅
