I lived and died by this stretching video during my pregnancy with my son. It was clear you know what you’re doing and helped me feel so much better. Now, my son is two and I started doing this video sequence again. I love it and it feels just as great after full days sitting at my desk. Thank you!

I am doing this in the 3rd trimester every day. This is a literal life saver, my favourite workout video ever. I did it postpartum as well. I know it now word by word, but i still prefer that Larie does this with me. Tomorrow i'll do something more hardcore, i swear!! - but boy this one feels so good. Merry christmas everyone!

Love this so much! Second pregnancy and even though I’m on the move with my 2 year old, I’m definitely more stiff / tighter with this one. Your videos are wonderful! This was a great quick stretching series.

That was the fastest 20min stretch ever and it didnt feel forced. I was doing another stretch from another channel and the instructor would just talk way too much on every stretch instead of letting everything flow naturally (after 5mins in I could't take it). Im glad I found your channel at 18 weeks! :) Looking forward to doing your other prenatal workouts.

Thank you for this flow! I'm 19 weeks and it felt really good. I particularly liked the fact that the movements were different than most videos. This way I can rotate between various flows depending on my needs. I was wondering if, when doing the pigeon pose, it's normal for my pelvic floor to almost touch the mat since I'm super flexible or if I'm doing the movement wrong and should try to keep it higher? Thanks! :)

It will really depend on your flexibility. Always ease into the stretches especially during this time ❤️. My range of motion in my hips is somewhat limited so I have lots of space under me.

Thank you for your videos! I’ve been doing this video all throughout my 2nd trimester. Now that I’m in my 3rd - should I stop? I noticed it’s labeled for 1st and 2nd.

If the stretches feel uncomfortable then I would recommend to stop. If they continue to feel good (you could even reduce the range of motion , then go for it) the tempo is a little quick and the cow pose may start to feel uncomfortable towards the end of the second tri for some individuals. As a blanket modification: reduce the range of motion ie. Don’t go as far into the stretch as needed. Keep up the great work momma! ❤️

You are welcome! I have the same feelings towards warrior but recently I started looking at the pose and asked myself “how much can I open,release,and increase my flexibility in warrior 1&2” instead of looking at it as a strengthening pose that makes my legs tremble. This may help... as for warrior 3.. HARD PASS lol most days atleast!
