I’m 25 weeks pregnant and all the comments about my weight gain (26 lbs) got me totally depressed . I just started your 2nd trimester WO plan , and it’s helping me feel good about myself and strong . Thank you soooo much for this ! You deserve way more subs and appreciation . ❤

8month pp and this was awesome!! Definitely out of breath, had to take a few breaks & im sweating! Thank you. I struggled with thinking “I can’t” but you always say “yes you can” so I said that out loud. What a great reminder, always

The first time I did this workout I was 7 weeks postpartum and it was so challenging! Now it's two years later, and I do NML workouts 5-6 times a week. And right after a full body strength workout this barre workout is still so hard! And so very good!

Me, not pregnant thinking this would be a nice add-on to the workout I just did to get some cardio in without having to wash my hair afterwards... What was I thinking haha! I am soaked! This workout was no joke 😫 I'm 4 weeks postpartum following your postpartum workout plan and this was a great 15 minutes don't let the time fool anyone you will feel every burn in 15 minutes.

I completed the 50min full body pyramid and then, this 15 min barre workout. Wheeew I'm a sweaty mess and wiped but I feel sooo Good and sooo strong!!! 😊 Thank you Lindsey/NML for another amazing workout!!!! 🔥💪🙌💜

Obsessed!!! Really felt like I was in Barre Class I am loving the fast pace. I am doing 3-5 of your pregnancy workout videos a week and so far no third trimester fatigue or tiredness!!! Will be doing all these videos post-partum too thanks!!!!

Just finished the 30 minutes pregnancy workout (2nd and 3rd trimester) plus this one and it feels great! Never disappointed with your workouts! 25 weeks and still in great shape :-)

Wow just did for the first time today at 30 weeks. Wish I'd found you sooner. I got through it albeit stopping a few times. Super high intensity. My new aim it to to every day and get fitter. Thank you x

Since im on my 4th month of pregnancy on my 3rd bby i saw ur vlog and it seems great to follow ur barre exercise and now im on turning 6month of my pregnancy and its my daily routine....still continue until on my 3rd trimister good job nice barre 15 minute exercise for me and it makes me sweat😊😊😊😊😊

I am a athlete and worked out 6 days a week before I got pregnant with #2. I’ve been SO sick for the past 13 weeks and am finally starting to feel better. This was my first workout getting back into it this pregnancy and it was awesome 👌 thank you for sharing!

As a beginner when it comes to working out & also being 30weeks pregnant I'm proud to say that with some cheering on from my 9 year old & my husband I was able to push through this workout. Just started my walking about 3 weeks ago & I wanted a little versatility. Especially for rainy days here in Florida & with the whole Cov-19 situation. Thank you a lot & I'm looking forward to tomorrow

I must say, the first time I found one of your videos I was encouraged to see your bump, and I thought if you could do it, maybe I could too! So I started slowly, now I'm in my third trimester and use this video a couple of times a week. It does feel more intense the more the belly grows. Thanks!!

I've been excercising throughout my entire pregnany with different KZbin videos and this one by far is my favorite! I really like how she keeps you moving and doesn't slow down. 25 weeks, this work out was excellent, feeling energised! I would prefer lower music and calmer music for the cool down and maybe even a slightly longer, slower cool down. Definitely will be doing this again though!

I loved this video, and I haven't loved a lot of the pregnancy workout videos I've done. I loved how she was so upbeat and it was at a good level for me. I have had trouble finding cardio to replace running now that that is too uncomfortable for me. I will definitely be doing this more! I took some moves slower because of muscle pain and soreness, but still felt like a really good workout!

I did! It was often tough but I tried to just get going and usually felt better once I started. Took a lot of rest days too, though! You've got this!

Kk, really tried to stick it out but I have to respect my limits. I made it halfway through today, tomorrow I'mma try and do the whole 15 minutes. Not super difficult, very fun, energetic instructor, but not as "Haven't worked out in a while, it'll come back to me" as I thought.

This was so much fun thanks! I loved finding a cardio workout that I could do inside while being pregnant. I'm almost 27 weeks and had a great time pairing this with my strength training today. :)

I don’t think I could have done all of the exercises or repeats pregnant, but this was a great first exercise 10 days after Covid 😷, at least for me, and I took it easy, still I got a nice sweat out of it! ❤️❤️
