I'm so glad I found your channel!! Your prenatal workouts are my fave! Lately, I have found myself avoiding workouts on youtube that are labeled as "prenatal," because they are simply not challenging enough, and often leave me feeling underwhelmed, and needing more. This is not the case with your prenatal workouts though! They offer the perfect amount of challenge, without making me feel like I'm pushing myself way too hard during pregnancy. It feels good to have stumbled across prenatal workouts that were made for those of us who were already fit, and were working out hard and frequently pre-pregnancy. Thank you for consistently putting out such great content!!

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and have been working out 2-3 times a week with yoga. This was by far the most challenging workout I've done but in a good way. I needed to stop the video 3 times to have water breaks and to just slow my heart rate down a bit. I really appreciate prenatal videos that remind women to do that so that would be my only feedback. I loved all the compound exercises and the reminders to modify for your body. I look forward to trying more of your content! Cheers

This is a GREAT workout! Honestly it would still give me a great one even not pregnant! A ton of the prenatal workouts are just not challenging enough, this was perfect for 6 months pregnant. Definitely excited to have found your channel.

I’m at 23 weeks and just getting into workouts now (I was pretty active before getting pregnant but then stopped for a few months). This was soooo hard I had to put my weights down for part of it - and my body feels amazing!! I can really feel the burn and I can’t wait to get stronger and be able to do this more easily soon 💪💪💪

My first thought at 11 minutes in was "THIS IS NOT A PRENATAL WORKOUT!!". I was dying. I sat down for about a minute, and then finished the workout. It was challenging but I did really enjoy it! I am 24 weeks, and I think this is just what I needed today!

so so good! Thanks you so much for this :) . I try to exercise almost every day (about 6 days a week), do I need to give my legs a rest after this for a day? do yoga? whats the best way to approach it?

Incorporating yoga into the mix is always a great idea! It really depends on how your body is feeling! If I was working out 6x a week, I would (and do) take atleast 1 day of complete rest. If I do anything that day it’s stretching, foam rolling, relaxing yoga, or a very low intensity walk around my neighborhood to release some built up lactic acid. I’ll be publishing a gentle prenatal yoga stretch in the next day or so, it will be great to incorporate during a rest day! Keep up the great work momma! 🙌❤️👏

Feeling short of breath is super common (especially in the first trimester), whenever you need to take a break, take it! Always listen and honor your body! I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and I loved the workout thanks alot. However, i did feel bumped out because i expected myself to be fitter☹️i am not beginner in exercise but maybe pregnancy made me a bit weaker than before 💔

Really not my favourite. Not sure why a prenatal workout spends around a third of time focusing on your calves? Not a functional muscle at all. Also pace is very off for prenatal. Just really didn’t enjoy.

I agree. Maybe it's because I'm still in the first trimester and tired but it seemed too fast paced. No water break. It wasn't horrible but not my fav. Sorry Larie.
