That one almost broke me. Almost. I loved the format and movement order. I did have to scale down to a 53lb bell after round 2. I give this one a 10 out of 10 for muscle pump, cardio, and intense suffering that makes kettlebells so addictive. Thanks Mike.

This one snuck up on me and my sister for sure! I'm back at it. Feeling about 94.7% Shoulder is "back" in action. On the beach made this one a little tougher, but thanks for posting.

Wow what a fun workout. Thumper was indeed thumping the whole time. 17mins in 80-90% heart rate zone! 12 strain. Nice!

30 is young, need one for 45 yr olds 😝 I used a 45# bell. Ballistic rows always make me think, 'quick feet are happy feet,' as Pavel would say. Great workout!

I’m 43 y/o and do all your workouts. Not too sure what makes this one a 30+ workout aside from maybe the warmup. It was fun though, I liked the pace.

Did 400 push-ups yesterday with the 🐺 pack so those burned chest 2 the deck!! Used a 20 kg I'm a buck 50. Uncle Mike said his ass was burning 🥵? Happy 🏳️‍🌈 furry months!
