Felt sad today, but I started this workout and...I finished. Not only that, but I repeated the workout twice, back to back. Thank you, Shane, for uplifting and inspiring your crew to keep going.

Here's a fun programming adjustment. I set the Split Length to 1:00 so my Concept 2 records meters and pace for each minute throughout the workout. My goal is to maximize each of the last three minutes. It encourages a strong finish. Thanks for what you do Shane! I've gone from no form to feeling pretty good with the stroke. Still a novice of course. My current favorite breakfast is an omelet with shallots, spinach, and mushrooms, cooked in butter, seasoned with Tabasco sauce.

Hi! It’s Pam, Larry’s wife! I loved this workout! My favorite breakfast is a warm, gooey, homemade cinnamon roll with raisins and walnuts, with a big cup of strong coffee! Not good for me but OH so good!

Huge thanks Shane. I’ve been part of the DH community for about three months. Your energy and motivation are super helpful. My breakfast is rice cakes with salmon or avocado and egg.

That was awesome. I'm new to rowing, received my Concept 2 about a month ago and discovered your KZbin channel through their website. Learning and really focusing on proper technique through your videos has made all the difference. Thank you. Looking forward to more workouts.

What is its alternative bcoz my gym don't hav this machine
Don’t normally eat breakfast, but when I finally eat my first meal it is 1 or 2lbs of beef. What would be the range of distance we would travel with this workout?

This one looks awesome, will try it tomorrow if possible! (Have tennis and massage prior to that!). Thought rowing doesn’t transfer to tennis, but the core improvement is excellent for volleys and the legs bring stability to the ground strokes! All I need for fitness!
