Thank you Shane. I was into rowing and found your channel 2 years ago. I got addicted that I bought one machine at my tiny home. Then I was down with depression and totally forgot about your channel. I also gained 10kg over the year. Only recently trying to get back to workout for my sake. Found a PT, whom later I ditch cuz he was into HIIT high impact to lose fats fast and I'm not into it -my ankles hurts. I was reminded of the benefits on how I chose rowing in the first place. Then I came back to you. Thank you for your channel. I'm getting back, start from this beginner class 🥰 Update: I did it. I did it. I COMPLETED this workout. 😭😭😭 collect some sweat and tears (literally... it's a small step but huge leap joy tears) from Singapore

"You're not alone... you're here with me..." Never knew how motivating these words could be. Using the rower alone in my home is a wonderful privilege, but it can definitely have the downside of not having that gym community vibe. Your words were a beautiful reminder that there are many of us in this together. Thank you for keeping my head in the game.

Yesterday I started rowing again, after several months away, so I went back to the beginner videos... and today you post a brand new beginner video. Clearly this is kismet.

No telling how many people I’ve turned on to your channel. You have something for everyone, and the enthusiasm is contagious. I passed 3 million meters since Jan 2021 last month! So, yeah, folks in their 60s can be Dark Horses too! You’re doing a lot of good for a lot of people. Bless you, bro! 1440 minutes per day, btw 😊

A great day to see a new workout go up -- I started my rowing journey exactly 1 year ago today, and I've used Rovember 2021's workouts all year. Great to have some new material!

Thank you for the guided workouts! I am a 69 year old male rowing in my garage in Alpharetta Georgia. I’m just coming off my six month of recovery from rotator cuff surgery and I am in bad shape. So I am looking forward to jumping in with you… At least on the KZbin videos. Thank you so much for what you do!

Thanks for this row! After being out of the gym for several years, I was having difficulty rowing 500 meters at a time. I was able to keep up with your pace without stopping for the entire workout, and rowed just under 3000 meters. I’ve saved this for future use.

Started rowing at home to get over a injury , really enjoyed this video , didn’t hear much because of the wheel but it was good to keep in time by watching someone else row . I’ll try Headphones next time 😂

I started rowing 3 years ago I do 5 days a week of 40 minutes combined with 300 pushups a day 4 sets of 75 which I notice pushups feel far easier to do after a row maybe cause movement is in the opposite direction I'm not sure, anyway just from rowing alone my resting heart is now at 42 BPM, these workouts are fantastic I don't believe there is a exercise that is as good not for health and wellbeing, Great for the heart and joints which in theory would keep us being active in later life might aswel close the gyms these machines are the best thing ever created 😆👌 love it! And these videos from yourself and training tall have really helped my technique and form thanks! 👍

Love what you do - thank you for putting these out -- is there a way to put the ads at the beginning or the end ?? I have no clue if you have control over this but man ol man if you did that would be a big help - super frustrating when you dial your machine for a workout get locked in start flowing- then boom ad hits and I get out of sync - just curious - thanks

He knows what hes talking about his form is good. Rowing is all about projection from the legs. Your body and arms are just stiff leavers that transfer power from your legs and aid in lengthening your stroke. The first point of acceleration from the legs will determine your stroke.

Does anyone have any first-hand experience of an air-magnetic rower, like Aviron for instance? Don't care much about the gimmicks of the display. More interested to know about how rowing feels as compared to an air rower Anyone?
