Morning, Matthew. Caroline always amazes me with her creativity. Giant sets, 2 minutes of pure work? I love it! I was actually happy it was little over 20 minutes because it was an intense session! The rear step lunge to staggered squat really burned and the curtsey to squat. I really loved sprawl into renegade rows and dumbbell burpees into deadstop push ups. I did the add-on and stretched- what a fantastic start to a sunday morning! Hope you have a great day, Matthew!

This advent calendar is so fun !! Caroline it amazes me how creative you are ! 🤩 The cardio complexes last week were challenging, and this new cardio workout seems to be a sweaty one too! I’ve never done any cardio giant sets before. We are going to work hard ! 💪🏼 UPDATE: Never underestimate Caroline’s cardio workouts. They are not a little jog in the forest 😆 I’ve just done it and it was a BURNER !! My legs were on fire and I’m sweating like crazy 💦 I’m feeling amazing !

I am LOVING the 20 minute workouts! These workouts are the perfect length of time for me to get a workout in and also extremely effective. Other shorter workouts by other trainers leave my body feeling dissatisfied, but not yours!! I also love that I can add on another 15-20 minute workout if I have time.

woohoo!! what an amazing 20 minutes spent with Caroline!! Weights I used were only 10lbs, advanced to 15lbs in just 1-2 exercises, but overall I was able to maintain checking on my forms to make sure they were still good! Thanks so much for this workout! I was unable to complete 2-min straight without taking 2-3 seconds here and there breaks but still am proud of myself on the accomplishment!! See you in another vid Caroline!

🥵Huffing and puffing over here!🥵😅 How could you not feel AMAZING after that?!?!🤩 That was INTENSE! I am completely exhausted. My whole body was trembling by the end! Haha! The exercise choices were killer...loved it!!👊🏻 I went with the "heavier" (aka heavier of the light😆) dumbbells today and that definitely increased the workload and fatigue for me today. Glad I stuck with them!! My favorites were the burpee/deadstop pushups and the rear lunge to staggered squat/static lunge giant sets!🥰🥵 Just amazing Caroline. Such a great advent calendar! I know I will really enjoy this one. Constant movement with a lighter dumbbell is definitely a favourite kind of class for me. Awesome steady sweatiness! Lunges/staggered squats were my challenge today after yesterday’s Glutes day. I thought the db burpees would get me but I found them easy today! First time saying Easy and Burpees in same sentence. Used 10 lbs today. Just the right amount of time for me today with the busy day ahead! Thank you.

Simple to follow, solid and intense for such a short workout! Did this on my rest day during Iron. To tell the truth, I did not want to work out, was anxious and unmotivated, but this certainly put me in a better headspace. Used 7.5kg/16.5lb dumbbells so it was both strength and cardio for me 😅

Where are these days going to...they just fly by and after 20 mins your muscles are torched. An excellent workout with the famous wave and smile at the end 😀 Sunday couldn't start any better. As you say half way through the 24 days already and wasn’t this a brilliant way to celebrate the half way point! Those lunges to staggered squats were just killing! Why did I "like"this the first time? 20 min is a great way to sneak in a workout even on a busy day, it's a total "best of" doable cardio movements in 2-min giant set, & the sweat quotient is totally there. Love🌺🙏❤💪😅

Great workout. Usual can't cope with your intensity as am still overweight. This shorter workout is an excellent way to increase my fitness without being too depleted !

Good morning, my dear! How are you doing? This morning my plans to do 'circuit series' HIIT got done and dusted ... because this one popped up! 😅 What a super cardio session ... I had to do it! Combined it with 'tucked abs' and 'unwind' stretch ... you were right! This new abs routine is a treat ... certainly a 'redo'! 👌🏻♥️🔥 Hope you had a great workout yourself! Happy Sunday! It was a fun and needed session! I love keeping up with CG’s new uploads! I managed to get all caught up as of yesterday! You are my health and fitness inspiration Caroline Girvan! I enjoyed this session so mucj even though I had to do my lightest weights (6lbs dumbbelss) to keep up. Thanks so much for the ❤️🎁 CG!

This would have been tough as a stand alone workout due to the pace, but as an add on to IRON series D29 full body dumbell workout it was a killer! Thanks, Caroline!
