I really enjoy 20 minute HIIT sessions. They just fly by and the intensity seems manageable in that time frame. My legs were feeling the crouch to push-ups! Thanks Caroline.

Girl I’m 34, I stop working out regularly at 24 when my mom died. We worked out together every day, so it was heartbreaking and depressing going to the gym without her, she loved lifting weights and passed that to me😁I would start working out again with work out programs at home, but nothing motivated me and encouraged me to keep going. Then I found u, not only are your workouts great, but u make me want to keep going! 🥲 thank you so much! 🥰😁 much love!

First of all, I really wanna compliment Caroline for how strong and discipline she is! Caroline is really inspiring, whenever I lost my breath, I need to pause the video and take a long break. And I continue, as I realized how Caroline is keep going with the workout meanwhile I still processing my breath😂. After that I gained the motivation to do my best after taking the long break! Daily reminder; It's only you who know your limits, and it's really fine to take a long break. Because we're here struggling together but we didn't give up! Happy Monday everyone❤

Yes love ur workouts I have lost 74.2 lbs 5 lbs away from my goal weight ur so motivating and u got me pushing myself in every workout video u put out thank you! 🙏🏼

Hi...I think everyone is a bit scared of a hard HIIT session at the start...my feeling is don’t think about it too much! Get started, get through the first five minutes and then the rest will just be fine! You’ll love today’s workout when you do it! Brilliant exercise and you’ll feel so good at the end! Happy Sunday! Morning Manuela...yes we haven’t done a proper HIIT session for a little while! This one is brilliant...you’ll love it! I loved the staple and the finisher and all the burpee variations! All good fun! I then finished off with dead bug abs! I love that workout! Have a great Sunday! Matthew

Hi Mattew ! I really loved this workout! Onestly I've usually repeated some Hiit of the Epics cause I really love this kind of training and when I've time I give It to myself. This was such a good workout! Burpees are definitely challenging for me, but I am beginning to appreciate them more as I improve my technique. Here's to more workouts and getting stronger!

I had planned this workout & as I was browsing to see if I liked it, I was skeptical. It looked so hard & explosive… I was dreading it all day. I was trying to motivate myself to do it; telling myself if I didn’t like it, I could just do something else. The closer it got to my workout time, the more I though I was just gonna do something else… thank god I didn’t. This was an intense, but manageable workout. It is amazing, I am literally dripping as I’m typing this lmaoo. Great workout, I truly appreciate it! I am practicing having a more consistent workout schedule & just doing workouts I like, this was a great motivator to keep going. Thank you for a great workout!

Orange is always a clear sign of impending heart rate rise, high levels of sweat and offcoarse feeling great after. Can't believe we are approaching the end of another year of awesome training. Now weres the Quality Street 😉

Hi Anthony...yes I know what you mean about orange! Wasn’t that a great HIIT session as our last of 2022! You certainly deserve some Quality Street after all your training. Following our conversation a couple of days ago I mowed our lawn yesterday and had to clear leaves first. As I cleared leaves from the borders I discovered a hedgehog fast asleep...so I carefully put them back. I don’t think I disturbed him...I guess he is hibernating which seems a pretty sensible decision at this time of year! See you tomorrow...upper body day I guess! Matthew

HIIT workouts are by far my weakest and least favorite workout. But Caroline made it so fun and enjoyable! The time flew by with the awesome music and format and exercises! Caroline rocked it-thank you for being such an inspiration! 🤗💕

Im proud as hell that i managed to finish this while on antibiotics, this workout really made me pushmyself and im wet from sweat as hell (ive been sick for the past 2 weeks, i was without any training for a week but i cant afford to not train as im studying coaching. Got exams from strenght and gymnastics every week now aswell :') ) Love your workouts!

Hey guys!!! Just finished today's workout!!! The temperature now outside is 6°C and I am feeling like it's 26°C in my room. Not to mention that after the first 5 min, I ended up doing the whole workout with my windows open. I must say, as it seems to be the last HIIT of the year, that it was a GOOD one. I can feel the 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks Caroline!!! Everyone may have a happy Sunday!!!

@@guesswhoiam1875 all you need is lots of protein, calculate the amount of calories you're eating in a day and try to cut out about 300-500 of those (usually can be literally just a snack or two cut out of your day, just make sure you're not letting yourself be obsessed with counting calories bc it's not good for you), and workout whenever you'd like. :) Most of it has everything to do with your eating habits, but I would recommend working out especially to be healthy

Wow I´m feeling amazing! Such an awesome, fast and totally killer 20 minutes. I loved the jumps forward side center SO FUN! It´s just wonderful how Caroline keeps thinking new moves to motivate and challenge us, what a blessing Caroline. Outside the world becomes more and more oppressive yet here in our little community we have our own little godess of LIGHT. Caroline you are unreal, I LOVED THIS!

Loved how creative this was! Felt really confident at the beginning, which didn't feel too tough, but when the squat jump burpees showed up, that's when my heart rate skyrocketed. Super sweaty & happy, thanks Caroline!

I used my ab wheel last week ... my abs were totally destroyed afterwards. I can still feel them and decided to do some cardio as add-on. I love those 'deadbugs' and can't wait to do this workout! WOW! the 1 arm burpees I barely got to a real burpee here goes! i got super sweaty I was nervous about this one but these Hiit workouts just blast the sweat out of you! Thanks Caroline

Grateful for 15 seconds rest! My HIIT was in slo mo at 63 but done ✅. 5 mile interval jog done ✅ Thank you Caroline for pushing us to our limits. 😍💪🏼

Seems it'll be a Heart Raising, Super Sweaty and FUN Sesh today! Let's HIIT it! 😆👊 Have a great workout! Done ✔️. Super Sweaty and Very Enjoyable HIIT Sesh! Max HR was 181. Pasta Dinner was used well today 😉. My fave was the Staple and Forward, side,rear,side to center. So funny, there were times I jumped in place but in my mind I was still following the sequence 😂. Superb HIIT!🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Happy Sunday!

This was a lot of fun as everybody is saying. The hot feet took me back to past Zumba classes. The music was great. Today, I have a lot of energy so those burpees didn’t crush me as per usual! I did the LISS too which was a good one. Lots of kicks and balancing stuff, yoga-like moves too. A great gym day! Thank you, Caroline.

I went a week and a half without doing HIIT. Whoa!! At the 50%mark I had to tell myself, you can do this🙂 Sweat is dripping, heart is racing, legs are finished. Caroline, Thank you for a superb lineup of excercises.

OMG, this was HOT just like the title of the workout. My sweat was dripping everywhere and those hot feet at finisher are literally killer. Lots of jumping but surprisingly I don't dislike it 😂 This was tough but fun. Have a great Sunday everybody!

Last HIIT of 2021, where has this year gone?? This is going to be a sweaty final HIIT. This workout hit different. It was really challenging, but in a weird way I've never experienced that much self-love. I was my biggest supporter during this workout, and I was literally about to cry at some point (but in a good way). and screaming at myself telling me I could do this. So, thanks Caroline, for being the one who gave me the opportunity to get to this point
