Loving it and also Loving when Caroline does the preview of the workouts the night before. Allows me to organise myself which in turn saves me more time . just finished this workout for the first time... I can't feel my arms. It's aweseome, I love it! I feel self-concious at the gym, especially when I'm training upper body, because my upper body is not strong yet. This workout helps me build confidence in my shoulders especially. I'm working on doing a full pushup (so far I've been doing them on my knees) and, when the time is ready, even a pullup. Thank you Caroline, for building strength and making this workout available to everyone.

Great weighted workout! This is the best training, especially for my age! It's so much easier LOOKING FIT in your early years, than over 50! Everything shifts! Your workouts increase my body strength and make me feel better. Likely no one will see me rocking a midriff but my core is strong, and my knees and back are feeling great!

Absolutely loving these short workouts!!! So easy to fit in daily so there is no excuse and very easy to add on another workouts that compliment for a longer workout or I’ve added some cardio as well on days I have time. Sure helps so I have no excuse after working 12 hour shift work too. Hope to see more short programs in the future. As we can see Caroline’s shorter workouts are no joke. Especially yesterdays lunge one. 🙂🙂

Yes!! Circuits🙌🏻!! I've been hoping for some more circuit workouts. They are just amazing and soo tiring..I love them! And I loved today's! It was so hard to do those pushups and Arnold presses by the time we got to them🥵! The finisher was amazing😛. Deadstop pushups are my favorite type of pushups. I really had to dig deep...Killer!! Oh it burned! 🔥🔥🔥 This format pushed my HR into aerobic levels several times...that almost never happens with upper body workouts. Circuits are amazing!😁 The time flew by and I enjoyed every burning minute😆! Did the isometric & dynamic upper body workout for my add-on today!🔥 Yet another great training day..thanks Caroline!

I’m currently on a 2 workout a day challenge and I have been doing your workouts 2x a day. I feel fitter, leaner and everyone is complementing me on my tone. That was just a perfect workout. Even though the rest was 20 seconds, it felt so much shorter because of having to get up from floor or back down for the next exercise. No time to think…things just moved along quickly, and before you knew it the workout was already over! Normally, I would have done the add-on but I have things to do, places to go today! Yet I feel like I had a really good workout in just 20 mins. On a couple of them, I think I could have gone heavier but I just don’t have 1 lb increments available to me! I can’t pretend a 5 lb increment is only 1 lb! Definitely a workout that deserves a spot on the repeat list.

Wasn't this just the best Christmas gift 🎁 today 👍😁👊✅. Loved the circuit format. Meant you could increase the weights if you wanted to for each round 😁👍✅. I did the add on as well this morning, so I totally killed my arms 💪🥴 and totally enjoyed the whole session 😁😁. Thank you Caroline once again for your amazing workouts this Christmas 🎄🎄. This worked my upper body so much. Added Sundays work out on to this 🥵. Doing my own job (which includes working saturdays) then the doors at weekends (nights) is tiring but worth it. And these work outs keep me sane lol xx

Phew! short and seriously intense. I used a 2x15kg, a 12.5 kg dumbbell for the 1 Minute of pullovers and 2x9kg for the shoulder and Arnold presses. 💪💥

Pretty intense - especially with upping the weights a bit. I really enjoyed the flow of this one - very effective and it was easy to transition to the next movement. Thanks, Caroline!
