I sometimes do my own HIIT workout. This is what it looks like. 2 minute warm up 6 exercises: High knees running on the spot Squat jumps/lunge jumps/star jumps Mountain climbers Burpees Push-ups/duck walks/planks Sit-ups/crunches/squat hold 30-35 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest Repeat 4 times 2 minute cool down.

Another tough one. That 10s break might as well not be there...can you give us a heads up of the next exercise a few seconds in advance if possible? I find myself missing the first few seconds of the first set of each new exercise as I get a handle on what we're doing. Thanks !
