Been doing a 15 min KZbin workout video a day for 5 days now, feel stronger already, this was brutal but I loved it and completed it without resting more than 10 secs, the DOMS has gone now too so I feel great! Now for the post workout carbs 😍 next week 20 minute videos! 💪🏻💪🏻

Great workout but as the plan recommends 20-25 min I had to do the workout 1,5 times ...)) it would be great to have more of longer videos ! In general I find the trainings with 40sec/20sec protocol more difficult to complete

He hasn't a clue what he talking about it is not a TABATA workout, read the science
