To this day one of the hardest HIIT workouts out there 🌶️
@matthewhodgson55244 жыл бұрын
Done nearly all of The Body Coach HIIT classes and i still think this one is the most brutal. How this one has escaped the 'Savage' drop is beyond me. Please more HIIT vids Joe! Great to start or break up the day!

You’re the man...timer breaks, sun sets...you just keep powering through. “I STINK” was hysterical and exactly what I was thinking during this...your most sweatiest workout yet (at least from your workouts that I’ve done). THANKS JOE!!

Upped the game today and managed 8 out of the 10 rounds. So pleased I did it as I have been doing the absolute beginners up till now .....week 3 of C1. Brilliant plan....thank you Joe The Body Coach xx

Had to have a 30 second rest after set 7 while I talked myself into doing the last 3 sets! Took about 6 puffs on the inhaler but super proud that on a bad day with pain and fatigue from my fibromyalgia I still didn’t give up 😀

Hey Joe, I've been training to this video of your's for years now. It's my go to workout if I got no time or not the mind to program something else. Thus it has become a kind of benchmark to my fitness levels. Anyway thanks for this workout an your other content. Best regards
@jsoye Жыл бұрын
Haven't done this one for about 3 years (see below!) aimed for 100 press ups and 50 burpees, did 108 and 50... This is a mentally challenging workout as you are fatigued after the first couple of rounds. I mentally took the squat round as a working rest round!! That's why I didn't do squat jumps as suggested by Joe in round 9!!!

Brutal. I'm a relative beginner though. Found it helpful to take a 1 min break after 5 sets. Then smashed them out again. Felt it was important to do the max I could with the sets so the 1 min rest halfway through was helpful.

Been doing these workouts for years now. This is up there with the hardest for me. (33 year old!). The bit where Joe says on set 9... if you want to make it harder try squat jumps! Mate, I can barely stand up to get into the squat position let alone jump one!

I’ve been going through the back-catalogue since the live-streamed PE With Joe finished and picking workouts at random from the channel to keep up the good daily habit formed during lockdown. I wasn’t expecting this! Fast, intense but fun as it’s different to the PE format in particular; 20 secs on, 10 secs off.. no rest... so 10 sets x 4 exercises straight through. I mixed up some of the press-ups with shoulder taps, wide, narrow, hands-away etc.. and similar with squats (wide, narrow, sumo, normal) and alternated mountain climbers with truffle shuffles (I just have a hatred of Mountain Climbers 🤷🏻♀️) but kept the chest to floor burpees all the way through. Feel energised now (if a bit sweaty!). Thanks Joe 😊👍🏻

Shanelle’s dad here again...I think I am fitter than ever now..I have done this workout many times but what the hell joe why it seems harder than ever man. I nailed it though 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹😅😂😰😂🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 please explain ..............what am I doing wrong
@kathycookson18594 жыл бұрын
Hi shanelle’s Dad, you’re not doing anything wrong. I’ve been doing these workouts for over 2 years and it’s really helped my fitness and mental health. The fact that I see each one through to the end is an achievement! I still want to stop after 3 minutes but I now know I can finish. Even though Joe sometimes (I think) pretends to be struggling more than he is, he still finds them hard, especially when feeling a bit run down or hungover 🤢. This one is particularly hard because of the repetition. Keep going mate! 💪
