Loved this practice and the cat cow in pigeon pose in particular. I can't get my shoulder down to the floor while in gate pose.

For some reason, my reply didn't go through. But, you can def prop your pose here, placing a block under your extended hand and your head on the other block (or not). I will try and create a short for this, so its more visual! I hope this helps

Great hip stretch! I think you did the beginning of the right and left side slightly differently? You did a leg extending to the side groin stretch and then a thread the needle with the leg still out but on the other side you missed the leg to the side groin stretch and did a standard thread the needle 😊
