Loved how you integrated the cat cow throughout this practice. My hips are so tight. This practice helped so much! September has been busy for me! Hope you are starting off the school year strong!! 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️🧘🏻‍♀️

Loved this practice and the cat cow in pigeon pose in particular. I can't get my shoulder down to the floor while in gate pose.

For some reason, my reply didn't go through. But, you can def prop your pose here, placing a block under your extended hand and your head on the other block (or not). I will try and create a short for this, so its more visual! I hope this helps

Great hip stretch! I think you did the beginning of the right and left side slightly differently? You did a leg extending to the side groin stretch and then a thread the needle with the leg still out but on the other side you missed the leg to the side groin stretch and did a standard thread the needle 😊
