You also need to onboard executives with your processes and procedure and/or culture to maintain. They need the direction instead of thrown to wolves. They need to get acclimated into the companies culture- Unless they are absolutely irredeemable, it’s not the best to fire within the first 6 months. Unless again, they show no improvement whatsoever.
