It's quite easy to be stoic when things go as you wanted them to go, but when your life is the opposite of what you desire it gets really difficult. Sometimes even if you do everything in your power to improve your situation nothing works and it is hard to see the teachable lesson. I wish I were more stoic sometimes...

Nothing seems to bother me other than the radical left. The opinions of others do not bother me at all in general, it’s quite easy to not be affected by the opinions of others or the events of today if you tell yourself that today… will become tomorrow… making everything that happens today yesterday, and if you continuously tell yourself, “I LIKE ME JUST FINE” over and over again, you will teach yourself to mean it and the opinions of other simply just won’t matter.

This video raises an interesting point. While I agree that constantly complaining isn't healthy, is it really best to never share our vulnerabilities with anyone? Sharing our struggles can sometimes lead to deeper connections with others. Couldn't there be a middle ground? Perhaps it's about finding the right people to confide in, rather than shutting everyone out?
