One thing that helped me was filming my shadow boxing (2-3 rounds most days). I’d always get lazy when I wasn’t in front of a coach but filming it helped keep myself accountable and I could also watch it back and critique. Really helped with my fundamentals

Amazing stuff Tony - an incredible teacher - thank you for all your content - very much appreciated - I'm 59 and work across the building entrance from an amateur boxing club. I've helped them get funding and my wife trains there twice a week and loves it. I sneak in for some heavy bag work most days for around 10 minutes or so and your videos are immensely helpful and my fitness levels [I do 750 skips six times a week/run/weights three times a week/yoga once a week] have increased thanks in a great part to your inspiration and spirit.

Wow thank you Tony Jeffries!!!! So simple yet brilliant. I am just a Polak that came to Chicago In 2000 at 16 years old and I am 160lbs serious cyclist and MTB biker but I needed something else for off season so I thought weight lifting and boxing were the most (anabolic opposed to catabolic cycling) practical and smartest sport winter options. It blew me away that I never heared of THINKING ABOUT DEFENSE IN WAY OF THROWING PUNCHES BEOFRE REALIZING WHAT TO EXPECT!!! obviously I am not cut out for that but I am so happy and privileged to subscribe to you and also read comments of other guys like myself that perhaps were afraid of going to boxing gym thinking we gonna get abused only to find out that most skilled boxers are most humble people BECAUSE they met their bullies that motivated them later on in life and realized it's not worh it. Boxing is like fencing sport. That realization made me understand what boxing intelligence is. I am going to buy some equipment and train during winters and falls. Tha k you all guys
