Thank you so much for the advice but on this restoration I didn't discharge the main spring because I want it to check that every gear in the Watch was working but yes it is not the correct way promise won't do it next time😅

"MICK NICK NEE"... You always want your watch to be "Mick nick nee" sound and running well.

Get a pop filter for your mic . will have way better sound getting rid of the pppfff sound when you talk
