Thanks mate! It took me 3 years To apply ankle technique and still learning. I am currently stuck at 220 bpm, probably have To consider swivel or something else for faster tempos

@@Lantturumpu that looks full leg though... you are using your hip flexors. ankle motion has your legs stay still
